"Too long wait in on busy time. Plus 20 $ for my son was too much and tip??? We will find other place for haircut."

"Got a haircut with the MVP option. It was a great experience. Haircut is very good, and the hairdresser was really nice. Each time I have stopped by, the Northgate Sorts Clips has had a significant wait. So, use the online reservations if you can! (Even if there is a wait, it is worth being totally spoiled once in a while.)"

"We wanted to try a local shop for a trim for my 11 year old daughter. Even though we only wanted split ends trimmed, it would have been almost $30 at Sports Clips. Cost Cutters did a great job for $14.50! If you are looking for an affordable convenience trim, I don't recommend Sports Clips."

"Went in with my son, To try this location again under new ownership. Unfortunately, many of the stylists that were at this location moved to Sports Clips Jackson creek. But I like the convenience of this location. After having a pleasent haircut with and experienced stylist for my 3 year old son. This part was great. The stylist was kind, caring, and great with him! I give this portion of the experience 4 stars. I personally got my hair cut as well. I received a stylist who called my name and promptly told me “I don’t know how to cut guys hair, but that’s why I got a job here.” After cutting and cutting my hair while my son sat there waiting, it got so short that there isn’t a style to it. Finally we reach the end of the cut, after repeatedly attempting to reshape the lumpy cuts, to no avail. I asked if we could just finish up, because I would need to get going (this is self admittedly passive aggressive on my part, I should have just asked to be done at this point), and was already thinking I’d go get my hair fixed somewhere else. Then she starts finishing off my hairline with trimmers, she left my side burns as a sharp point! Didn’t know pointy like an arrow was fashionable these days! She then began shaving the front of my hairline all the way around my forhead, When I quickly asked “what are you doing? And how long have you been doing hair? She replied “Never in a store, but I’ve been doing it from home for a while.” I thought sport clips was sure bet for a men’s haircut. After this, I promptly asked to be done, we checked out and paid. I’m not even that upset. It’s just hair and it’s probably fixable, just wanting to give some context to other customers, to make sure your stylist can cut men’s hair... This portion of the experience I would give 1 Star. I’m going to spend another $50 now to go try and get this haircut fixed. To the new owners of the Sport Clips Jackson Creek , please hire stylists that know how to cut men’s hair..."

"I have been here many times and have only received a decent haircut twice. It's very close and is in a good location. It's like the stylist have trouble listening to what you want, because they are busy talking to their co-workers. I just wanted a simple trim on the sides and instead I practically got a buzz cut all around. THEY DON'T LISTEN! Last cut I got was terrible and the Stylist did her own thing instead of what I asked her not to do TWICE. Terrible."

"This store just opened, so some generosity is warranted. Yet, it was not a great experience. I felt like I was at Jiffy Lube with them trying to sell me all these products I didn't need. At the end of the haircut, I was told that my hair was a bit messy because it really needed a shampoo--a service that was pushed at the beginning and I turned down. In reality, I shampooed just before leaving to get the haircut--I'm not sure my hair was fully dry yet. My hair never looks like that after a haircut, even if it has been hours since it was shampoo. Some product was put in my hair before it was cut and I'm 90% certain that was the reason my hair looked the way it did. It seemed like deceptive sales tactics. Then I was shown this product put in my hair before the cut (without asking if I wanted it) to push it after the haircut. The haircut was expensive compared to various other places nearby, including another Sports Clips a few minutes away. It is $4-5 higher than other places within a few minutes drive. I'll give this place a second chance as it is convenient, but the first impression was not strong and the price is a concern. I can drive 5 minutes and save $5 at a choice of 3 different places. I'm sure some people like the other options given here. For me, I don't want someone trying to push products on me to make extra money. I just want a haircut."

"I work nearby and this Sports Clips had dropped off some free hair cut coupons. I went to get my hair cut and although my stylist was kind, my hair cut was horrible. I even showed her a picture of the style I wanted and she didn't even come close. I had to come back the next day to get it fixed. After my haircut, she put product in my hair and it looked like a sea anemone was mating with my head. I had a small clump of spikes coming off the top of my head and the sides shaved. This was the worst haircut I have ever gotten, anywhere. period. This place is more expensive than Floyd's 99 (where I usually go and will now faithfully continue to go). Free sounds good, but you get what you pay for."

"I don't know that I'll go back to Sport Clips. Ok, so they have TVs, lots of them... So does Costco. I've been less than impressed here. Sport Clips does not do call ahead or have a check in app (like Great Clips does). So the wait can be kind of ridiculous sometimes. On one occasion they had to call stylists in from another store so they could get all the people waiting taken care of. The absolute basic haircut costs about $20, and they will try to up-sell you to another package that includes a rinse and hot towels for your face. Oh, and of course they'll try to sell you a bunch of highly priced hair care products when you check out too. I'll keep going elsewhere, save a few dollars each time and end up with similar results. The novelty of Sport Clips might just be lost on me."

"I had a great experience at SportClips. The whole staff including Emma, Ashley and Brandi were very nice. Emma greeted me and took my info. I opted to wait until Brandi was available as she seemed to have the most experience. She gave me a great haircut and was friendly. She made sure I was happy until I left the store. Rikki came in as I was leaving and she also seemed very nice. I will definitely be back. Thank y'all!"
